Position Overview
You will play a key role in handling and developing a diverse range of commercial property transactions and you will work independently and will be given considerable autonomy within your role.
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases and property finance
- Advise SME clients, developers and investors on commercial property matters
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial property agreements and documentation
- Provide clear, practical and commercially-focused advice to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements
- Experienced within commercial property law
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Proactive, organised and commercially astute
- Genuine team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
