Position Overview
You'll be trusted to handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. You'll take ownership of your files from start to finish, ensuring smooth, compliant transactions and delivering first-class service to every client.
Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end conveyancing matters with minimal supervision
- Carry out detailed property searches and due diligence
- Review, draft, and advise on contracts, title documents and key legal paperwork
- Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Provide clear, practical advice and regular updates to clients
- Liaise effectively with agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Manage exchange, completion and post-completion procedures
- Handle Land Registry submissions accurately and promptly
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer
- Minimum of 3 years' experience handling residential conveyancing cases
- Strong communication and client service focus
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
