You'll be the first port of call for challenging Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution queries, working closely with Client Managers, Service Delivery, and Technical teams. From interpreting legislation to shaping scheme solutions, you'll have the scope to influence outcomes, share knowledge across the business, and deliver real value to clients.

What we're looking for:
- Strong technical knowledge of DB and/or DC pensions.
- Ability to turn complex detail into clear, actionable guidance.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- At least 5 years' experience in pensions technical or administration roles.
- High level of computer literacy and confidence with pensions systems.
