Our client is a high street practice seeking a Conveyancer to join the team, and manage client files unsupervised, to provide a very good and detailed service and to ease the conveyancing process across a good mix of varied properties. Someone who is ideally 3+ years experienced and understands residential transactional matters to include:
Sales & Purchases
Freehold & Leasehold
Transfer of equity
Shared ownership
New Build
Managing all areas of conveyancing from initial instruction, through to post completion, where you will communicate with all parties, work to build relationships with the introducers, provide your clients with high quality services and keep them informed on searches, enquiries and finding solutions to issues that arise. The firm have good processes in place and CMS, and support staff
We are seeking someone who is organised, with proven conveyancing experience and has acute attention to the detail and always put the clients first.
