Our client has invested into its workforce, and is offering two very good family opportunities to enhance its already established and successful Family Department.

We are seeking someone who has a minimum of 3 years working on public family matters and understands the Legal Aid process, and someone early in their career and seeking a family role in private matters, including divorce, financial and childcare, and this role would suit an NQ who has been working in a family role.

The company is a 10 Partner private practice, the management board are very transparent which is why the firm have a solid reputation. The very progressive family team can manage all types family work to include co-habitation, divorce, asset splitting, pre and post nupts, children law including injunction and abduction as well as domestic violence, mediation and re-negotiation and custody hearings.

We are seeking two solicitors or legal executives who can demonstrate in their career the
ability to support clients through sensitive and difficult family circumstances. This is a role requiring an assertive family lawyer, keen to help clients and provide clear legal advice.

The firm have a good CMS, enabling you to run files properly with diary and letters as well as billing capabilities. Advocacy is not essential but would be advantageous.
