Position Overview
You will play a crucial role in assisting the firm's fee earners in delivering exceptional conveyancing services to clients. You will handle a range of residential property transactions, ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks and contributing to the overall success of the conveyancing department.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in freehold and leasehold conveyancing matters
- Assist fee earners within the firm as needed, including during periods of fee earner holiday leave or sickness leave
- Conduct all legal aspects of conveyancing transactions
- Minimise risk and ensure compliance with firm's procedures
- Undertake suitable training and adhere to SRA competency framework
Requirements
- Completed Degree, LPC or relevant technical qualification
- Strong IT skills and proficiency with case management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
