We are seeking a fee earner who can build long term relationships with clients and guide them through difficult processes offering support to resolve disputes when appropriate.
Responsibilities
You will manage a varied and dynamic caseload across different areas of litigation, taking full responsibility for overseeing client matters from instruction through to resolution. This includes maintaining accurate and well-organised client files, ensuring the caseload is carried out efficiently on the following:
- Commercial and civil litigation
- Property and lease disputes
- Debt recovery
- Contractual disputes
Requirements
- You must be a qualified Solicitor
- Proven experience in property disputes
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Technologically proficient
