Position Overview
There is no need for networking as you will enjoy a steady flow of work and you will manage a diverse caseload, providing advice on wills, probate, estate planning, and elderly client matters. The role is crucial in ensuring clients receive the highest quality service during challenging times in their lives. The role will see you benefitting from excellent admin support and good systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of private client matters
- Draft wills, lasting powers of attorney, and trusts
- Administer estates and handle probate applications
- Advise clients on estate planning and tax implications
- Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and other professionals
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor and or Legal Executive
- Strong knowledge of wills, probate, and estate planning
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
