We're looking for an experienced Transition Client Relationship Manager to join a growing specialist pensions team. In this pivotal role, you'll act as the main point of contact for trustees, sponsors, and internal stakeholders during DB pension scheme transitions, ensuring projects run smoothly from data migration and benefit specifications to member communications.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate end-to-end transition projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
* Act as the primary client relationship manager, building trust with trustees and sponsors
* Oversee core deliverables including scheme data migration, benefit specifications, and member communications
* Monitor project progress, escalate risks, and produce clear reports
* Provide technical guidance to colleagues and contribute to process improvements

What you'll bring:
* Proven experience in DB pensions administration
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent client relationship management - confident communicator and trusted adviser
* Solid understanding of pensions data and technical documentation
