Our client is open minded to employ a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive who is a rising star with career aspirations to join their established team and work with some very good names in the industry.
Working for a Top Tier Legal 500, you will manage a mixed caseload of Wills, Trust and Probate matters with many of the clients being business owners and HNW clients and their extended families, where you will provide a professional and high-quality service across all matters to include:
- Drafting Wills and Advising on Trusts
- Inheritance Tax guidance
- Probate and Estate Management
Some of the matters will be complex and you will be confident to discuss assets and wealth distribution, charity donations, family relationships and laying out legal guidelines for thought provoking discussions leading to solutions for your clients.
This well-structured and successful team will provide this position with both paralegal and secretarial support, enabling you to manage fee earning legal work, in a firm that has very good accreditations, an impressive and large will bank, and financial stability and growth.
