Our client is seeking a Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor for an office based role to be based in one of their offices in the North Essex/Cambridgeshire area. Working in a team with a very good local reputation, there is plenty of work coming in due to the excellent relationships in place with the local agents. This role will see you managing an already established caseload, with secretarial support and locum cover, and will be varied to include:
- Sales & Purchases
- Leasehold and Freehold
- Help to Buy
- Title Deed Changes
