We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client who are recruiting into their highly successful team. To be considered, you will demonstrate at least 5 years + PQE in Commercial Property matters working closely with your clients.
Experienced in selling real estate for business, your clients will also be building their commercial property portfolios and consider investments and linking these to pensions and retirement options.
The position will incorporate all aspects of commercial property acquisition and disposal, as well as contract negotiations and planning agreements. You will be commercially minded with good business acumen as you will also be involved with business development and being visible within the industry and raising both your own and the firm's profile.
Communication skills are highly important, as we are seeking someone who is engaging and enjoys building relationships with clients, getting to understand their business in depth and working to achieve smooth transactions, in a timely manner and transparent costs.
There will be an element of staff supervision and experience here would be advantageous.
