Position Overview
The Post Exchange Lead will play a crucial role in overseeing the post-exchange and completion processes, ensuring smooth transactions and client satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to mentor and guide a team of Post Exchange Executives, contributing to the department's overall success.
Responsibilities
- Prepare post-exchange correspondence and complete Stamp Duty Land Tax returns
- Submit HMLR searches and prepare Certificates of Title
- Handle completion day communications and manage completion paperwork
- Monitor files, close files, and coordinate holiday cover
- Conduct appraisals and provide training on post-exchange issues
Requirements
- Experience within Residential Property Conveyancing
- Strong mentoring, coaching, and analytical thinking skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving and organisation
- Relevant qualification in conveyancing (preferred)
- Knowledge of compliance and residential legislation
