A renowned pension scheme recognised by households nationwide are in search of a highly adept professional with a strong foundation in mathematics, who excels in analytical proficiency. This is a brand new and unique role, which would be an excellent opportunity for someone who is open to a change in direction within pensions to gain further exposure to the IT side of the industry.

Position Overview
As a Project Developer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of pension administration processes, including testing letter templates, software bug fixes, and automated processes. You will also contribute to data analysis, process improvement initiatives, and participate in key projects such as the equalisation of Guaranteed Minimum Pension (GMP).

Responsibilities
* Test letter templates, processes, and automated systems
* Perform regular tasks, including DC liability reporting
* Analyse processes and recommend improvements and automation
* Monitor and control data, rectifying issues when required
* Participate in team meetings and personal development sessions
* Test and maintain internal spreadsheets for accuracy
* Contribute to major projects like GMP equalisation
* Conduct manual pension calculations for system validation

Requirements
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP and IF functions
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Analytical mindset with a keen interest in data analytics
* Enthusiastic, driven, and committed to producing quality work
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Adaptable to business changes and process improvements
