Position Overview
As a Conveyancer, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional advice to clients in residential property matters. You will handle a mixed caseload of conveyancing files, including both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Your expertise will ensure a smooth and stress-free process for clients during one of the most significant transactions of their lives.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 25-30 new residential conveyancing files per month
- Handle both freehold and leasehold sales and purchase transactions
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Ensure all legal documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other parties involved in transactions
- Support business development activities to contribute to the firm's growth and success
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and building long-term relationships
