A leading pensions consultancy is hiring a Pensions Consultant Manager to lead on governance, secretarial, and trustee services across a varied client portfolio. Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to expert - you responsible for the provision of strategic advice to trust based clients - both trustees and companies and provide secretariat services to a portfolio of clients.
  • Lead with purpose - Own key client projects from start to finish, supporting senior leadership and driving results that make a difference.
  • Build real connections - Develop trusted relationships with clients, becoming a valued partner in their long-term success.
  • Help shape the future - Spot opportunities, contribute to business growth, and play a hands-on role in winning new clients.
  • Inspire the next generation - Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a pensions consultant, secretary, or in-house pensions manager
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex problems simply
  • Strong project management and client delivery skills
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for problem-solving
  • Commercial acumen and drive to identify new opportunities
