We are working with a leading offshore law firm seeking a talented Pensions Lawyer to support their established pensions practice across the Channel Islands. The successful candidate can be based in either Guernsey or Jersey and will be expected to travel between the Islands as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting and amending pension schemes
• Advising pension providers, trustees, and employers on a range of pension issues
• Providing guidance on pension legislation and regulation
• Delivering specialist pension support in Corporate Due Diligence exercises
About You:
• Qualified in a Commonwealth jurisdiction
• 2–4 years’ post-qualified experience
• Strong background in pensions law
• Confident advisor with excellent technical knowledge and communication skills
