What we're looking for:
* Proven experience managing both DB and DC pension schemes
* Proven experience managing all aspects of Trustee Board governance as Secretary to the Trustee, including preparing, coordinating, and minuting Trustee meetings.
* Exceptional communication skills - from boardroom to individual member
* Strong project management experience with a track record of delivering results
* Deep understanding of pensions-related personal taxation
* Professional qualification (APMI or equivalent) and PMI membership
