What you'll be doing
* Supporting Lead Consultants across a mix of outsourced pensions management, governance work and trustee secretariat services.
* Helping keep pension schemes compliant with the latest regulatory expectations and best practice.
* Getting stuck into client meetings - virtual and face-to-face - preparing agendas, meeting packs, and taking clear, actionable minutes.
* Producing client-ready documents and presentations that influence decision-making.
* Building strong relationships with clients, trustees and third-party providers to keep delivery on track.
* Keeping records watertight and contributing to both planned and ad-hoc project work.
* Owning your workstreams and delivering to agreed standards, timelines and budgets.
* Supporting the monitoring of project finances and managing your own time reporting.
What you'll bring
* Experience across DB, DC or hybrid pension schemes.
* Solid pensions knowledge - especially governance and secretariat work.
* A commercial mindset and comfort working within budgets.
