We're looking for a detail-obsessed, process-savvy pensions professional to join a high-performing in-house team - someone who loves diving into data, improving systems, and making things run smoother behind the scenes.

From maintaining workflows to producing insightful reports and improving member communications, this is a role with variety, visibility, and value - all in a supportive, collaborative environment.

🔍 What you'll be doing:

* Supporting the day-to-day operation and development of the UK pension administration system
* Ensuring all data extracts and interfaces are delivered accurately and on time
* Contributing to process improvements, member communications, and reporting enhancements
* Supporting a wide range of project-based activities across the pensions function
* Delivering reporting and data analysis to support the wider pensions team

✅ What we're looking for:

* Strong working knowledge of UK pension arrangements
* Excellent manual pension calculation skills and experience handling large volumes of personal data
* Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Word (reporting, formatting, and formulas essential)
* Experience in systems support or data/reporting roles is a distinct advantage
* A proactive, organised team player who enjoys solving problems and improving processes
