The role
You'll support the operational and technology delivery of EMEA pensions and benefits programmes-covering governance, vendor management, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with HR, procurement, technology teams, and external providers to help deliver best-in-class benefits.

About you
* 1-3 years' experience in pensions or employee benefits
* Exposure to DB/DC pensions highly desirable
* Analytical, curious, and confident working with data and systems
* Strong Excel skills and an appetite to improve how things are done
* Comfortable working across regions and with senior stakeholders
