This role is hands-on - supporting teams, monitoring activity, improving processes, building a monitoring framework and helping everyone understand what good compliance looks like in practice.
The role:
* Develop and maintain the company's compliance framework, ensuring processes and controls remain effective.
* Work closely with operational teams to make sure procedures are followed and compliance standards are met.
* Review processes, documentation, and communications to ensure they align with regulatory expectations.
* Deliver training and guidance so teams understand their responsibilities and how to work compliantly.
* Carry out compliance monitoring activities and support internal reporting.
* Track regulatory developments and help the business understand what changes mean in practice.
* Collaborate with teams across the business to identify potential risks and improve controls.
* Provide technical support and act as a key point of contact for compliance queries.
About you:
* Experience in pensions compliance.
* Good understanding of pensions regulation, FCA requirements, GDPR, and data protection principles.
* Comfortable working with different teams and contributing to governance discussions.
* Proactive, organised, and keen to build your compliance expertise.
