Compliance plays a key role in how a pensions provider operates day to day. This role sits at the centre of that - working across the business to ensure regulatory requirements are understood, processes are followed, and standards remain high.

You'll be involved in a broad range of compliance activity, from developing frameworks and monitoring activity to supporting teams with regulatory queries and keeping the organisation up to date with regulatory change.
It's a varied role that combines technical knowledge, collaboration across teams and a practical approach to making sure compliance works in real life, not just on paper.

The role:
* Support the development and maintenance of the organisation's regulatory compliance framework.
* Work with operational teams to ensure procedures are followed and regulatory obligations are understood.
* Maintain regulatory policies and review marketing and communications to ensure compliance standards are met.
* Support regulatory training initiatives, particularly around pensions regulation and data protection.
* Contribute to the Compliance Monitoring Programme, including testing, documenting findings and tracking actions.
* Assist with compliance reporting for governance forums and oversight committees.
* Monitor regulatory developments and support the organisation's response to regulatory change and consultations.
* Provide technical support on compliance queries and work with teams to identify and manage compliance risks.
* Support engagement with regulators and preparation of regulatory reporting where required.

About you:
* Experience working within a compliance function.
* Strong knowledge of pensions regulation, the FCA Handbook, UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
* An interest in regulatory developments and maintaining up-to-date knowledge.
