What you'll be doing
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving governance and investment strategy decisions.
* Keep up-to-date on DC market practice, legislation, and governance requirements.
* Identify and implement tailored investment strategies and structures.
* Run manager/provider selection exercises and support decision-making.
* Attend client meetings & improve member outcomes.
* Lead on projects such as master trust/GPP reviews, scheme buy-outs, wind-ups, and AVC assessments.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
What we're looking for
* FIA, FFA, CFA, or PMI qualified-or progressing well towards it.
* Proven consultancy experience in the UK DC pensions sector.
* Strong technical knowledge in DC investment and governance.
* Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
