Take the lead in DC consulting and shape client outcomes.
This is a senior, high-impact role within a growing, specialist DC division. You'll manage complex client relationships, drive governance, influence investment strategy, and lead projects that make a real difference to member outcomes.
What you'll be doing
* Build and lead client relationships, ensuring needs are met and advising on strategic DC decisions.
* Participate in new business pitches and client opportunities.
* Keep up-to-date with DC market practice, legislation, and governance requirements.
* Lead and support projects including master trust/GPP reviews, manager/provider selection exercises, scheme buy-outs, wind-ups, and AVC assessments.
* Guide investment colleagues to deliver tailored advice aligned with client membership and preferences.
* Draft high-quality advice ready for sign-off.
* Conduct DC research on master trust/GPP providers and translate findings into actionable client recommendations.
* Provide leadership and mentorship within a collaborative team environment.
What we're looking for
* PMI qualified (or equivalent FIA, FFA, CFA) with several years post-qualification experience.
* Proven consultancy experience in the UK DC pensions sector.
* Strong communication, commercial awareness, and client management skills.
* Investment and technical DC knowledge advantageous but not essential.
