* Act as the Subject Matter Expert across DB, DC Master Trust, LGPS, and legacy arrangements
* Lead the resolution of complex member cases, including complaints and IDRPs
* Provide clear technical interpretation of scheme rules, legislation, and regulatory requirements
* Support Trustee and Company governance, ensuring compliance with evolving pensions regulation
* Contribute to actuarial valuations, funding discussions, and key regulatory projects
* Lead or support technical workstreams across scheme changes, closures, and business transformation activity
* Maintain and improve technical processes, documentation, and data quality standards
* Mentor and develop junior team members, acting as a key escalation point for technical queries
* Remain hands-on by supporting complex BAU administration across joiners, leavers, retirements, and bereavements
You'll also play a flexible role in wider strategic projects, adapting as priorities evolve within a fast-moving environment.
