This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to senior stakeholders, lead on key scheme activities, and be involved in strategic projects such as de-risking, investment changes, and scheme wind-ups-all while building strong client relationships.


What you'll be doing:
* Supporting trustee boards with governance, meetings, and scheme management
* Managing key projects including annual reports, communications, and regulatory activity
* Acting as a key contact for clients, advisers, and stakeholders
* Contributing to strategic pensions projects and wider business initiatives


What we're looking for:
* 2-5 years' experience in pensions (DB knowledge essential)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confident working with stakeholders and managing multiple priorities
