A high-impact pensions role working directly with trustee boards and senior stakeholders on the governance and delivery of complex occupational pension schemes. This is a varied position covering day-to-day scheme governance through to strategic projects that shape long-term outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading trustee governance cycles including meetings, agendas, papers, actions, and decision tracking
* Acting as a key liaison for trustees, sponsors, and advisers across multiple schemes
* Ensuring strong governance frameworks are in place across risk, compliance, budgets, and scheme records
* Supporting delivery of strategic projects such as de-risking, investment changes, and scheme wind-ups
* Preparing clear, accurate governance and member communications
* Contributing to client development activity, proposals, and ongoing relationship management
* Supporting junior team members and contributing to continuous improvement across processes

What we're looking for:
* APMI, actuarial or equivalent qualification (or progressing towards)
* Strong DB pensions experience and technical grounding
* Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders
* Strong organisational ability with attention to detail and ownership mindset
* Able to balance governance discipline with a practical, commercial approach
