The role: coming from a pension admin background, the duties of this role will be familiar to you…
* Process DB & DC pension calculations (retirements, transfers, leavers, deaths)
* Manage your own casework to meet SLAs and quality standards
* Check and authorise colleagues' work
* Handle member queries via phone, email, and post
* Support payroll activities and meet key deadlines
* Conduct member appointments on retirement options
* Resolve queries, including online portal support
* Collaborate with the team and support ongoing improvements
About you: you will have DB pensions administration experience and will be looking to make a move into a great in-house team.
