We're looking for a technically sharp, detail-driven pensions specialist to lead the design, testing, and delivery of complex scheme calculations and transfer activity.
You'll define and embed robust data audit and analysis frameworks, ensuring high-quality outcomes across every transfer. Acting as a subject matter expert, you'll interpret scheme benefit structures, lead the development of sophisticated pension calculations, and ensure accuracy from analysis through to delivery.
You'll own system testing and automation initiatives-working closely with IT and administration teams to design test strategies, run UAT, and continuously improve process efficiency. As the go-to business system expert, you'll help shape best-practice ways of working and drive improvements across calculation and implementation activity.
