You've mastered pensions administration. You've built governance expertise. Now you're looking for a role where you're working directly with trustees, influencing outcomes, and becoming a trusted adviser rather than simply supporting the process.

We're partnering with a leading UK pensions consultancy that's built a reputation for delivering exceptional outcomes for pension scheme members, trustees and employers.

Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating pension scheme governance activities and business plans.
* Managing Trustee meetings, agendas, packs and action tracking.
* Producing high-quality minutes and governance documentation.
* Monitoring budgets and scheme expenditure.
* Supporting Trustee decision-making processes.
* Responding to member queries and stakeholder requests.
* Building strong relationships across a range of pension schemes.

About You:
* At least 5 years' experience within pension scheme governance, trustee support or pensions administration.
* Strong Defined Benefit pensions knowledge.
* Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
* The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with confidence.

Why Join?
* Flexible annual leave.
* Hybrid and remote working options.
* Matched pension contributions.
* Health, dental and wellbeing benefits.
* Life assurance and income protection.

* Cycle to Work, season ticket loan and car leasing schemes.

Most importantly, you'll join a business that trusts its people, values expertise, and gives professionals the flexibility and autonomy to do their best work.
