We're seeking an experienced pensions professional to advise some of the UK's largest and most complex public service pension schemes. From pensions dashboards and data improvement programmes to benefit change implementation and governance strategy, you'll be at the forefront of the industry's biggest challenges and opportunities.


This is far more than a traditional pensions role. You'll act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, shape best practice, lead projects, contribute to thought leadership, and help drive improvements that impact millions of scheme members.


What you'll be doing
* Advising clients on pensions administration, governance, and operational best practice.
* Leading complex projects and workstreams from inception to delivery.
* Supporting major industry initiatives including pensions dashboards and data improvement programmes.
* Providing technical expertise on DB pensions legislation, administration, and scheme governance.
* Building strong client relationships and representing the business at meetings, events, and industry forums.
* Mentoring colleagues and helping shape the future direction of the team.


What we're looking for
* Strong DB pensions administration and governance experience.
* A deep understanding of pensions legislation and scheme operations.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* The ability to translate complex technical issues into practical solutions.
* PMI qualification or similar is advantageous.
