We're seeking an experienced pensions professional to lead a high-performing administration team, overseeing the successful delivery of key pension scheme events across both DB and DC arrangements.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage annual scheme activities including valuations, benefit statements, pension increases and annual allowance exercises, while ensuring exceptional service standards, data quality and regulatory compliance.
You'll lead, coach and develop a team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage workloads and provide oversight of complex pensions administration activities.
To be successful, you'll need:
* Extensive pensions administration experience (minimum 6 years) across DB and DC schemes.
* Proven experience managing or mentoring teams within a pensions environment.
* Strong technical knowledge, including manual calculations and scheme event management.
* A solid understanding of current pensions legislation and regulatory requirements.
* The ability to prioritise competing deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
