We are collaborating with a highly respected organisation looking for a Quality Assurance Pensions Administrator to join their growing team.


What You'll Be Doing
* Review and quality check pensions casework, calculations and processes.
* Carry out complex manual pension calculations and technical reviews.
* Identify errors, investigate root causes and drive process improvements.
* Support User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements and updates.
* Check colleagues' work, ensuring consistently high standards.
* Maintain the accuracy of member and employer data.
* Work collaboratively across teams while taking ownership of your workload.
* Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, quality and customer outcomes.


What We're Looking For
* Minimum 24 months' pensions administration experience
* Strong pensions technical knowledge and benefit calculation experience
* Experience checking or quality assuring others' work
* Previous use of pensions/contribution systems
* A collaborative team player with a professional approach and exceptional attention to detail
