What you'll be doing
- Managing accurate member and employer data.
- Supporting a range of DB pension projects, including valuations, annual benefit statements, pension increases and data validation.
- Carrying out benefit calculations and checking work for accuracy.
- Providing a professional and high-quality service to members, employers and colleagues.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
- Working collaboratively across teams and supporting colleagues when needed.
What we're looking for
- Experience in Defined Benefit pensions & pension benefit calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- The ability to work independently, manage your workload and perform under pressure.
- A genuine interest in developing your pensions knowledge and career.
DPA/CPA qualifications or experience supporting and training colleagues is a plus.
