We're looking for an experienced Senior Pensions Consultant to join a growing specialist team, advising some of the UK's largest public service pension schemes.
This is a high-impact role combining pensions expertise, consultancy, client leadership and business development. You'll lead complex projects, advise senior stakeholders, develop new services and help shape the future of public sector pensions administration.
What you'll do.
* Lead strategic pensions administration projects and client engagements.
* Advise on governance, administration, data, dashboards and transformation.
* Build and develop senior client relationships.
* Identify new opportunities and develop innovative consulting services.
* Act as a pensions administration subject matter expert.
* Support and develop junior colleagues.
What you'll bring.
* Strong pensions administration experience at leadership level.
* Excellent technical pensions knowledge.
* Experience managing clients, projects and business development.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* The ability to turn complex issues into clear, practical advice.
