You'll manage a small in-house team, work alongside senior stakeholders and trustees, oversee external providers and play a key role in how the pensions function develops.

What you'll actually be doing:
* Leading and developing a team.
* Taking ownership of pensions operations and administration.
* Managing key external providers and advisers.
* Working with senior stakeholders and trustees.
* Driving improvements across processes and member experience.
* Supporting governance, projects and strategic initiatives.
* Managing budgets and financial activity.
* Deputising for the Head of Pensions.
Who would suit this?
A strategic thinker, with solid pensions experience and business acumen who is ready to step up and have more influence.
A wealth of experience across DB and DC pensions, previous people-management experience and a strong understanding of pensions administration, calculations, systems and governance.
