Position Overview
The DC Pension Administrator will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to both scheme members and clients, ensuring all service level agreements and performance standards are met. The successful candidate will serve as a senior point of reference on technical issues and non-standard cases, while also mentoring and supporting junior associates.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service by responding to member and client queries for DC pension schemes with accuracy, professionalism, and care.
  • Drive performance excellence by ensuring all service level agreements and performance standards are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Be the go-to expert for technical pension matters, providing senior-level insight and solutions across the team.
  • Raise the bar by reviewing, challenging, and quality-checking work produced by junior team members to ensure high standards.
  • Inspire and develop talent by mentoring, training, and supporting less experienced colleagues as they grow in their roles.
  • Take the lead on challenges by contributing to complex projects and helping resolve escalated complaints with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying areas for service enhancement and clearly communicating actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administering occupational pension schemes, especially DC schemes
