This is a key opportunity to join a well-respected pensions firm. You will be based in either Surrey or Belfast, and you will play a central role in delivering high-quality service to clients and supporting the development of a strong, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated pensions administrators
* Ensure all work is delivered on time, accurately, and to the highest quality standards
* Monitor team performance against SLAs and identify areas for growth
* Be the go-to expert for clients, trustees, and scheme members
* Review and present detailed reports, adding strategic insight and value
* Support the onboarding and smooth transition of new pension schemes

Requirements

* Strong experience with DB and DC pension schemes (DB is essential)
* A proven track record in pensions administration-management or senior-level
* Confident communication and client-facing skills
* Sharp attention to detail and strong numerical ability
* Skilled in MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
* A calm, focused approach to managing priorities in a fast-paced setting
