In this role, you'll:
✅ Lead on data reviews, error investigations, and calculation rectifications
✅ Support chargeable pension project work and process improvements
✅ Produce client reports, manage change requests, and contribute to automation testing
✅ Conduct root cause analysis and help drive risk mitigation
✅ Mentor and support junior colleagues
We're looking for someone with:
✔ Strong occupational pensions experience (DB and/or DC)
✔ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
✔ Experience coaching colleagues and managing workload across multiple projects
✔ A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
