Position Overview

As a Senior Pensions Project Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of pension administration projects, leveraging your expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the delivery of pension administration projects - from planning to execution - keeping timelines sharp and outcomes on point.
  • Uncover insights through smart data analysis - ensuring the numbers tell the right story with pinpoint accuracy.
  • Keep everyone in the loop - craft clear, concise status updates and provide actionable recommendations that move projects forward.
  • Stay ahead of the curve - champion regulatory compliance and best practice across every phase of the project lifecycle.
  • Be the connector - work closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to keep projects smooth, focused, and successful.
  • Spot what others miss - identify inefficiencies and implement smarter ways of working that enhance delivery and results.
  • Stay up to date - ensure project documentation is always up to date, audit-ready, and easy to navigate.
  • Leading others - provide training, guidance, and support to build a stronger, more capable team.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience delivering Defined Benefit pension scheme administration
  • Experience working on bulk projects (GMP, Data Rectification, De-risking)
  • Technical pensions and legislative knowledge (advantageous)
