🔍 What you'll be doing:

You'll play a key role in the delivery of essential, data-focused projects for Defined Benefit pension schemes, including:
* Preparing scheme data for buy-in and buy-out transactions
* Supporting GMP reconciliation, rectification, and equalisation exercises
* Ensuring data readiness for the Pensions Dashboard and other regulatory initiatives
* Contributing to benefit audits and data cleansing activities
* Assisting with new business transitions and onboarding
* Collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure data is accurate, clean, and compliant

🌟 What we're looking for:

Whether you're already experienced in pensions data or looking to specialise, this role gives you the platform to grow and succeed. You'll need:

* A solid understanding of Defined Benefit pension schemes
* Experience in pensions administration and data handling - or a strong interest in building this expertise
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
* A proactive, inquisitive mindset and a passion for problem-solving
* An interest in learning bulk calculation methodology and data transformation techniques
* Confidence working to deadlines and project scopes - with support from a brilliant senior team
* Ideally, you're working towards APMI or other PMI-related qualifications
