In this role, you'll transform complex admin processes into streamlined, efficient solutions that save time, cut costs, and make a real impact.


Responsibilities:
* Code, configure, and optimise pensions admin platforms.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, Work and Skill Leads, and colleagues to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
* Streamline processes to reduce ongoing maintenance.
* Ensure all work is documented and meets governance standards.
* Liaise with Applications and Systems teams for seamless task handovers.
* Support the design and rollout of new processes and procedures.


Requirements:
* Proven track record delivering solutions across pensions admin systems.
* Strong expertise in modern pensions administration platforms.
* Confident stakeholder management skills at all corporate levels.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Collaborative approach with both technical and non-technical teams.
