You'll oversee the delivery of high-quality Defined Benefit administration, managing workflow, supporting your team, and ensuring every task meets the highest standards. You'll be trusted to take ownership - not micromanaged - and recognised for the value you add.


What You'll Do
* Lead and mentor a skilled team, ensuring work meets service levels and scheme rules.
* Review and approve complex member cases and reports.
* Represent your team at client and trustee meetings.
* Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for added value.
* Stay up to date with technical and scheme changes affecting your portfolio.


What You'll Bring
* Strong experience in DB pension administration.
* Proven leadership or deputy team lead experience.
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
* Confidence managing deadlines and mentoring others.
