What you'll do
* Act as a key escalation point and trusted deputy to the Scheme Benefits Implementation Manager
* Lead client implementation projects end-to-end
* Translate client requirements into robust, automated system solutions
* Analyse scheme rules, configure systems, and produce clear technical documentation
* Drive successful data migration and calculation automation
* Identify risks early and keep projects running smoothly
* Deliver training, guide stakeholders, and champion best practice
* Mentor colleagues and help build a culture of continuous improvement
* Support ongoing platform enhancements and new developments


What you'll bring
* Strong knowledge of DB pension schemes and scheme rules
* Proven experience delivering projects and mentoring others
* A sharp eye for detail, the confidence to lead, and the ability to turn complexity into clarity
