You'll lead from the front, owning key client relationships, guiding delivery teams, and shaping how high-quality DB pensions administration is delivered. This is a role for someone who enjoys responsibility, influence, and variety.


What you'll be doing
* Owning day-to-day responsibility for major DB pension schemes
* Reviewing work for quality, accuracy and compliance
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders
* Staying ahead of legislative change and planning scheme activity
* Managing budgets, billing and delivery timelines
* Spotting commercial opportunities and helping grow client relationships
* Sharing knowledge, mentoring others and representing your team across the business


What you'll bring
* APMI (or equivalent) qualification
* Strong DB pensions administration experience
* Confident technical knowledge and sound judgement
