We're looking for an experienced Pensions Administrator to join a fast-paced, client-focused environment managing both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes.
You'll be responsible for the full range of scheme administration activities, including calculating member benefits, handling complex queries, and supporting scheme wind-ups and specialist projects. You'll act as a key point of contact for members, trustees, and third parties, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all work to high service standards.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' DB pensions administration experience, strong technical knowledge of UK pensions legislation, and excellent communication skills. Experience with GMP reconciliation/equalisation and familiarity with The Pensions Regulator guidance is desirable.
