A role with real ownership, variety, and progression.

This is an opportunity for an experienced pensions professional to step into a role that goes beyond day-to-day administration. You'll take the lead on projects, support automation initiatives, and play a key part in maintaining high standards across a busy, technical environment.

What you'll be doing
* Supporting delivery of pension increases, benefit statements, reporting and automation testing
* Managing and running projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met
* Carrying out and checking complex pension calculations across DB and DC schemes
* Acting as a technical escalation point for non-standard cases and queries
* Reviewing work, supporting junior colleagues and improving team output
* Identifying process improvements, particularly around automation and efficiency
* Building strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders

What you'll bring
* Experience in occupational pensions (DB preferred, DC/hybrid also considered)
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Confidence managing workloads, projects and competing priorities
* Experience supporting or mentoring colleagues
* Good communication skills and solid Excel capability

Benefits that actually make a difference
* 25 days annual leave + an additional company day
* Up to 10% employer pension contribution
* Private healthcare, life assurance and income protection
* Hybrid working
* Paid volunteering day
* Access to wellbeing support and health assessments
* Optional extras including EV scheme, share plan, cycle-to-work, dental and more

If you're looking for a step up where you can take on more responsibility without losing technical depth, this is a solid move.
