You'll oversee the delivery of high-quality Defined Benefit administration, managing workflow, supporting your team, and ensuring every task meets the highest standards. You'll be trusted to take ownership - not micromanaged - and recognised for the value you add.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a skilled team, ensuring work meets service levels and scheme rules.
  • Review and approve complex member cases and reports.
  • Represent your team at client and trustee meetings.
  • Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for added value.
  • Stay up to date with technical and scheme changes affecting your portfolio.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong experience in DB pension administration.
  • Proven leadership or deputy team lead experience.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Confidence managing deadlines and mentoring others.
