A leading UK pensions consultancy is looking for a senior DB specialist to own schemes, advise trustees, and lead major projects.
The role:
✔ Lead contact for trustees & advisers
✔ Oversee complex DB technical work
✔ Present at trustee meetings
✔ Lead projects (GMP equalisation, buy-ins/buyouts, wind-ups)
✔ Mentor team members
✔ Manage multiple schemes & priorities
✔ Support client relationships and new business activity
Looking for:
🔹 8+ years DB pensions admin experience
🔹 Strong UK pensions legislation knowledge
🔹 Experience with trustees
🔹 Project leadership on scheme-wide exercises
🔹 Organised, confident, commercially aware
🔹 PMI qualification (desirable)
